Teammate Selection Process

To be considered for future teaming opportunities with GTBS, the first step is to submit a capability statement. GTBS employs the following criteria in selecting business partners to participate in its procurement and acquisition process:

• Niches/capabilities
  
• Customer Knowledge
  
• Past Performance

Almost all subcontracting activity is accomplished through upfront teaming on specific procurements. Therefore, it is critical that you have capabilities/niches relating to a specific statement of work contained in a request for proposal (RFP). Additionally, two great discriminators or differentiators are knowledge of the customer and strong past performance qualifications.
